BETA PROCESS - EPSILON EANC / SQ / MS / H
This revolutionary process imparts outstanding wear and indentation resistance, with added corrosion resistance, to mild and low alloy steels. It can replace more expensive steels, eliminates the need for plating and outperforms traditionally case-hardened parts. Typically used on components in the mining industry e.g. pumps, rock drills, chains, etc

 

ALPHA PLUS - EPSILON ANC / SQ/MS / L
This controlled austenic thermochemical process results in a shallow, traditional case underlying an epsilon compound layer, greatly improving the wear, indentation and corrosion resistance of parts treated by this process. Applied to clutch plates, levers, bearings, handbrake ratchets, etc.
